Business Strategy
After the inception phase, we start to go much deeper into the client's company, analyze the business processes, define what e-business strategy and market positioning should they pursue.

Technology
In the technology side, we select the platform architecture for the whole system to operate on, generate the technical specification and the project implementation plan.

Creative Solution
With the design criteria and characteristics developed, we continue to build the design concept alternatives, the navigation flow and the user interface mock-up. With the collaboration from the client's design and marketing team, we nail down the ultimate design concept. We further define the content format and its development plan.

Online Marketing
We define the site functional specification, research for target user demand and their behavior. We also explore the different marketing channels available while developing step-by-step marketing plan.

Project Management
Following the confirmation of the project, the project team is initiated. We build detailed project budget, schedule and integrate the requirement documents that have been done so far.
